Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylists with client appointment preparation and implementation, including POS transactions and Fashionphile resale processing
- Execute post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client thank-you communications
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting initiatives, and premium client experiences
- Enter and maintain accurate client information and records
- Support digital selling strategies and social media presence management
- Process and return unsold merchandise to inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting room facilities in coordination with housekeeping
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with technology and digital tools
- Fashion retail experience required
- Ability to work flexible scheduling
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer service excellence and attention to detail
