- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing selling appointments, including point-of-sale transactions and Fashionphile merchandise processing
- Complete post-appointment follow-up activities, such as order tracking, alteration coordination, and client thank-you correspondence
- Organize appointment scheduling and gifting projects for high-value clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed client database information and preferences
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media content development
- Ensure unsold merchandise is properly returned to inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms in coordination with housekeeping services
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience with technology and digital tools
- Demonstrated fashion retail experience
- Ability to work flexible scheduling including weekends and evenings
