Role & Responsibilities
- Support senior personal stylists in preparing and executing private client appointments and fittings, including garment selection, steaming, and presentation.
- Manage client wardrobe files and appointment logistics; coordinate invitations, follow-ups and discreet communications to maintain exceptional client relationships.
- Prepare merchandise for sessions — organise samples, alter fit notes, and ensure timely delivery or collection of items.
- Maintain boutique presentation and visual merchandising standards, including replenishment, signage and stock rotation ahead of client visits.
