Role & Responsibilities
- Support senior stylists and personal shoppers in delivering bespoke wardrobe consultations and private client appointments.
- Prepare client dossiers, maintain appointment schedules, and coordinate fittings and deliveries with retail and logistics teams.
- Curate looks and assemble selections from seasonal collections, ensuring impeccable presentation and attention to detail.
- Manage garment handling including steaming, pressing, tagging and secure storage; ensure complete traceability of sample inventory.
- Provide attentive in‑store client service, follow up on client enquiries and contribute to long‑term clienteling activities.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and retail teams to stage private spaces and maintain brand standards during appointments.
