Role & Responsibilities
- Support lead stylists and personal shoppers in preparing client appointments, including product selection, fitting coordination and outfit curation.
- Manage booking logistics and calendar coordination for in-store and private appointments, ensuring punctual and seamless client journeys.
- Maintain meticulous client records in the CRM, logging preferences, measurements, past purchases and follow-up actions to support long-term relationships.
- Assist during fittings and alterations, advise on styling details and coordinate with tailoring teams and ateliers as required.
- Prepare and present merchandise for private viewings and trunk shows, ensuring displays and samples meet brand presentation standards.
- Provide discreet, high-touch after-sales service including delivery follow-up, returns handling and client communications.
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and sales teams to ensure showroom readiness and product availability for appointments.
Qualifications
- Previous experience (1–2 years) in luxury retail, personal shopping or styling-oriented client service.
- Impeccable personal presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and professional discretion with high-net-worth clients.
- Strong organisational ability with experience managing complex diaries and multiple simultaneous appointments.
- Familiarity with luxury product categories (apparel, leather goods, accessories) and an eye for styling and fit.
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate client schedules; valid work authorization for the role location.
