- Assist Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments, including point-of-sale transactions and merchandise processing for Fashionphile Service
- Complete post-appointment follow-up activities including order tracking, alterations management, and customer thank-you correspondence
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and exclusive experiences for top-tier clients
- Enter and maintain accurate clientele information and customer records
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media presence for the styling business
- Ensure unsold merchandise is properly returned to inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms and client spaces
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience working with technology and digital tools
- Fashion retail experience
- Ability to maintain flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Skills
Experience
2+ years of combined experience in fashion retail and technology-driven environments, with demonstrated competency in customer-facing roles and digital platform navigation.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; fashion merchandising or related training preferred.
