Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including processing transactions at point-of-sale and handling merchandise for the Fashionphile Service
- Complete post-appointment follow-up activities, including order tracking, coordinating alterations, and sending personalized thank-you correspondence
- Organize and manage appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and exclusive experiences for VIP clientele
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clientele information and customer records
- Support digital selling initiatives and contribute to the Personal Stylist's social media presence
- Ensure all unsold merchandise is promptly returned to stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms and coordinate with housekeeping services as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of professional experience with technology and digital tools
- Prior experience in luxury or fashion retail environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evening and weekend hours
- Demonstrated commitment to exceptional customer service
- Proficiency with point-of-sale systems and customer management platforms
