Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing selling appointments, including point-of-sale transactions and merchandise processing for Fashionphile Service
- Complete post-appointment follow-up activities, including order tracking, coordinating alterations, and sending thank-you correspondence
- Organize and maintain appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and exclusive experiences for top clients
- Enter and maintain accurate, detailed clientele information within company systems
- Support digital selling initiatives and curate social media presence
- Ensure all unsold merchandise is properly returned to stock
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms and styling areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with technology and digital tools
- Fashion retail experience required
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work flexible hours

Experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience with technology platforms and digital tools; fashion retail background required. Experience in a luxury retail or clienteling environment is highly valued.
