- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing selling appointments, including point-of-sale transactions and Fashionphile merchandise processing
- Execute post-appointment follow-up activities including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client correspondence
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting initiatives, and curated experiences for top-tier clients
- Maintain and update accurate clientele information in company systems
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media presence development
- Ensure proper merchandise rotation and return-to-stock procedures
- Maintain pristine fitting room standards through coordination with housekeeping and maintenance services
