Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including processing transactions at point-of-sale and managing merchandise for Fashionphile Service
- Complete post-appointment follow-up activities, including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client thank-you correspondence
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and exclusive experiences for high-value clients
- Enter and maintain accurate and comprehensive clientele information and customer records
- Support digital selling initiatives and maintain social media presence on behalf of the stylist
- Ensure all unsold merchandise is properly returned to stock and inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms in coordination with housekeeping services
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience with technology and digital tools
- Demonstrated fashion retail experience
- Ability to work flexible scheduling
