Role & Responsibilities

  • Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including processing transactions at the point-of-sale system and handling merchandise logistics for resale services
  • Execute comprehensive post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alterations coordination, and thank-you correspondence
  • Organize and manage appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and bespoke experiences tailored for VIP clientele
  • Input, maintain, and manage precise client relationship data within designated systems
  • Contribute to digital selling initiatives and social media presence development
  • Ensure timely return of unsold merchandise to stock inventory
  • Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of fitting rooms in coordination with housekeeping and maintenance services

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with technology and demonstrated proficiency using digital tools
