- Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and implementing selling appointments, including processing transactions at the point-of-sale system and handling merchandise logistics for resale services
- Execute comprehensive post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alterations coordination, and thank-you correspondence
- Organize and manage appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and bespoke experiences tailored for VIP clientele
- Input, maintain, and manage precise client relationship data within designated systems
- Contribute to digital selling initiatives and social media presence development
- Ensure timely return of unsold merchandise to stock inventory
- Maintain the cleanliness and readiness of fitting rooms in coordination with housekeeping and maintenance services
