Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and executing selling appointments, including point-of-sale transactions and merchandise processing for resale services
- Complete post-appointment follow-up activities, including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client correspondence
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and curated experiences for high-priority clientele
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive clientele records and account information within designated systems
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media engagement to expand client reach and brand visibility
- Ensure all unsold merchandise is processed and returned to inventory
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance services to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of fitting rooms
Qualifications
- Two or more years of professional experience with technology platforms and digital tools
- Demonstrated background in fashion retail or luxury goods environments
- Ability to work flexible scheduling, including potential weekend and seasonal hours

Education
