Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Personal Stylist in preparing and executing client styling appointments, including processing transactions at point-of-sale and handling merchandise logistics
- Complete post-appointment follow-up activities, including order tracking, alterations coordination, and thank-you correspondence
- Organize and manage appointment scheduling, gifting initiatives, and exclusive experiences for VIP clientele
- Maintain accurate and detailed client information within the CRM system
- Support digital selling efforts and contribute to the stylist's social media presence
- Ensure all unsold merchandise is properly returned to inventory
- Maintain fitting room cleanliness and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance services as needed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience with technology platforms and digital tools
- Demonstrated experience in fashion retail
- Ability to maintain flexible scheduling including potential weekend and evening shifts
- Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and organizational capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Experience
2 years of experience in retail technology and digital tools, with demonstrated background in fashion retail
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional fashion retail training or certification a plus
