- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing selling appointments, including POS transactions and Fashionphile merchandise processing
- Complete post-appointment follow-up including order tracking, alterations coordination, and client correspondence
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and curated experiences for high-value clients
- Maintain accurate and detailed clientele information within CRM systems
- Support digital selling initiatives and social media content creation
- Ensure timely return of unsold merchandise to inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms in coordination with housekeeping staff
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience with technology and digital tools
- Fashion retail background preferred
- Ability to work flexible scheduling including weekends and peak seasons
- Strong customer service orientation and professional communication skills
- Detail-oriented approach to client management and administrative responsibilities
