Role & Responsibilities
- Assist Personal Stylists in preparing and executing sales appointments and client meetings
- Process transactions at POS and manage payment operations
- Execute post-appointment follow-up activities including order tracking, alterations coordination, and thank-you correspondence
- Organize and maintain appointment scheduling for Personal Stylists
- Enter and maintain precise clientele information and customer data within systems
- Support digital selling initiatives and manage social media presence as directed
- Coordinate gifting initiatives and exclusive experiences for VIP clients
- Ensure unsold merchandise is systematically returned to inventory
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of fitting rooms and appointment spaces
- Complete additional projects and duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Styling, fashion, or fashion retail experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Slides, Spreadsheets)
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate
- Strong organizational and attention-to-detail capabilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Experience
Fashion retail or styling experience is required; prior experience supporting sales professionals or in a luxury retail environment is strongly preferred.
Education
High School Diploma or equivalent.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.90 to USD 22.39 per hour.
