People Business Partner role in Singapore at Pinnacle Park. Strategic HR advisory and organizational effectiveness.
Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with business leadership to align human resources strategies with organizational objectives
- Provide strategic HR counsel on talent management, organizational design, and workforce planning
- Support talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development initiatives
- Drive cultural initiatives and organizational effectiveness programs
- Advise on employee relations matters and ensure compliance with HR policies and regulations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in HR business partner or generalist HR roles
- Demonstrated experience in strategic HR advisory and business partnership
- Strong knowledge of HR functions including recruitment, talent management, and employee relations
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Education
