Role & Responsibilities
- Process store personnel transactions including wage changes, job transfers, and terminations with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate remote onboarding logistics for new hires in partnership with store leadership
- Audit and track completion of administrative compliance metrics including yearly requirements, new hire assessments, and claims documentation
- Maintain accurate employee lifecycle documentation in Workday including offer letters, compensation updates, and role transitions
- Support global people initiatives such as benefits enrollment, engagement surveys, and compliance programs
- Provide responsive customer service to store requests and resolve issues promptly
- Partner with recruiting and talent acquisition teams to support hiring for both exempt and non-exempt positions
- Ensure ongoing compliance with local and federal employment regulations and company policies
- Introduce operational efficiencies and process improvements to optimize team productivity
- Participate in cascading communications and support store leadership with team messaging
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of Human Resources or People Services experience
- Basic understanding of local and federal employment laws
- Excellent written and oral communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Comfort working in remote and/or hybrid environments
- Workday experience preferred; advanced proficiency a plus
- Proficiency with Google Product Suite
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability
- Ability to build relationships across the organization and resolve conflicts effectively
