Role & Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to develop and implement human resources strategies aligned with organizational objectives
- Provide strategic HR counsel on talent acquisition, performance management, organizational design, and employee relations
- Support recruitment initiatives and talent pipeline development for critical business roles
- Drive employee engagement and retention programs

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of progressive human resources experience, including HR business partnership
