Manager, People Business Partner role in India—lead strategic HR initiatives and partner with business leaders on talent and organizational strategy.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic human resources counsel to assigned business units and functional leaders
- Develop and implement people strategies aligned with business objectives

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5–7 years of progressive HR experience in a business partner capacity
- Demonstrated expertise in talent management, organizational development, and HR strategy
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in a luxury, retail, or multinational corporate environment
