Payroll Trainee position in India offering foundational training in payroll processing, compliance, and HR operations within a luxury conglomerate environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Process and verify payroll submissions and employee compensation records
- Maintain accurate payroll databases and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
- Assist in preparing payroll reports and tax documentation
- Support payroll audits and reconciliations
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation and deductions
- Collaborate with Human Resources on personnel data updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field
- Strong numerical and analytical capabilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Familiarity with payroll concepts and tax regulations
