Saks Global Payroll Processing Trainee role in India: manage payroll inquiries, process US employee payroll cycles, perform tax calculations, and support back-office operations at the world's largest luxury retailer.
Role & Responsibilities
- Manage payroll inquiries received via tickets and mailboxes, responding promptly and accurately
- Process weekly and bi-weekly payroll cycles for all US-based employees
- Perform state and federal tax calculations, payments, and compliance reporting
- Maintain and update payroll trackers and reports in a timely manner
- Coordinate with onshore payroll teams on processing activities and issue resolution
- Ensure meticulous accuracy and compliance in all payroll documentation
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Aptitude for quickly learning new concepts, systems, and processes
