Role & Responsibilities

  • Support the Legal team across commercial, real estate, regulatory and employment matters through document gathering, reviewing legal documents, and litigation support
  • Maintain the Legal team's case trackers and ensure compliance with all deadlines
  • Coordinate responses to subpoenas and grand jury requests, including document collection and production
  • Draft responses to regulatory agencies regarding customer complaints, including Attorneys General inquiries, and assist with small claims matters
  • Handle daily administrative duties, including correspondence and document editing
  • Review and take action on services of process
  • Support various legal tasks as assigned by the Legal department

Qualifications

  • Four or more years of paralegal experience
  • Experience supporting discovery, litigation holds and investigations
  • Ability to manage competing priorities independently
  • In-house legal experience preferred
  • Exposure to multiple areas of law preferred
