Exemplar Luxury Group seeks an experienced Paralegal in New York to provide comprehensive legal support across commercial, real estate, regulatory and employment matters.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Legal team across commercial, real estate, regulatory and employment matters through document gathering, legal document review and litigation support
- Maintain case trackers and ensure compliance with legal deadlines
- Coordinate responses to subpoenas and grand jury requests, including document collection and production
- Draft responses to regulatory agencies regarding customer complaints and attorney general inquiries; assist with small claims matters including remote hearing attendance
- Execute daily administrative duties including correspondence and document editing
- Review and action on services of process
- Support additional legal tasks as assigned by the Legal team
Qualifications
- Four or more years of paralegal experience
- Demonstrated experience supporting discovery, litigation holds and investigations
- Ability to manage competing priorities independently
- In-house legal experience (preferred)
- Exposure to multiple areas of law (preferred)
Skills
Experience
Four or more years of professional paralegal experience, with substantive exposure to litigation support, discovery processes and investigations. Prior in-house legal department experience is preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; paralegal certification or associate degree in paralegal studies preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 72,000 to USD 89,000 per annum.
