Role & Responsibilities
- Perform all department functions including processing, material handling, and problem resolution
- Resolve receipt issues and coordinate with external business partners
- Prioritize freight intake and processing to achieve daily performance targets
- Verify merchandise accuracy upon receipt and validate incoming shipments
- Maintain facility safety standards and housekeeping protocols throughout shifts
Qualifications
- Demonstrated attention to detail and inventory accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective communication skills with leadership, business partners, and colleagues
- Proficiency with RF scanning technology or demonstrated ability to learn
- Competency with Warehouse Management Systems or similar warehouse software
- Physical capability to operate manual pallet jacks
- Fluent English language skills, both written and verbal
Skills
Experience
Prior experience in distribution center, warehouse operations, or logistics coordination is valued. Experience with luxury retail fulfillment or multi-brand distribution environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in warehouse operations or material handling are beneficial but not required.
