Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and inbound/outbound freight processing
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders
- Execute merchandise placements to maintain established merchandise standards
- Perform merchandise price changes, reticketing, and product signage updates
- Process reticketing, damage assessments, mark out of stocks, and related inventory control procedures
- Maintain backstock organization and stockroom cleanliness
- Merchandise product and assist with sale event setup under guidance of managers and visual team
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events and activations
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and in all work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds
- Flexibility to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to manage competing tasks with a collaborative team mindset
