Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop night shift teams to achieve operational and productivity goals while fostering an inclusive work environment
- Conduct daily shift meetings and manage workforce staffing and scheduling to align with operational business requirements
- Champion safety initiatives and protocols through regular meetings and promotion of safety awareness culture
- Support all operational aspects including productivity, inventory management, order fulfillment, and quality assurance
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy across distribution operations
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement and develop action plans for performance targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Generate and analyze operational performance reports and present findings to senior management
- Track and manage attendance and timekeeping on a daily basis
- Work assigned night shift and additional hours as required by business needs
Qualifications
- 3+ years of management experience in Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or Inventory Management
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with automated order fulfillment systems
- Proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) and understanding of quality and productivity measurement processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to articulate positions and achieve stakeholder buy-in
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to build productive relationships across all levels
- Creative problem-solving capability and capacity to manage multiple competing priorities
- Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to overcome obstacles and deliver results
- Fluent understanding of English language (written and verbal)

Experience
3+ years of qualitative and quantitative management experience in a similar role within Supply Chain, Operations, Transportation, or Inventory Management, with demonstrated expertise in leading operational teams and managing distribution center functions.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
