Leading luxury brand in Paris seeks an Operations Manager to oversee retail and supply‑chain operations and drive operational excellence.
Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across retail and supply-chain touchpoints, ensuring flawless execution of store and distribution processes.
- Define and track operational KPIs; produce regular performance reports and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and service levels.
- Manage inventory control, demand planning alignment and replenishment processes in partnership with merchandising and logistics teams.
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimise workflows, reduce lead times and lower operating costs while protecting product integrity.
- Supervise, coach and develop a multi-disciplinary operations team; set clear objectives and ensure consistent adherence to company standards.
- Own vendor and third‑party logistics relationships, negotiating service levels, SLAs and contractual terms when required.
- Control departmental budgets, perform forecasting and drive continuous improvements in cost management and process compliance.
Qualifications
- Proven leadership and stakeholder-management capabilities, with the ability to mobilise cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with strong numeracy; able to translate data into operational decisions and improvements.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with experience managing complex, multi-site operations.
- Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in the local language is advantageous.
- Experience with ERP/operations platforms (SAP preferred) and advanced Excel skills; familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
