Operations Manager, Night Shift – Singapore. Lead night operations at a luxury venue in Singapore.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage night shift operations team
- Ensure service standards and safety protocols are maintained throughout the night
- Respond to operational issues and guest/client concerns during evening hours
- Monitor facility security, maintenance, and cleanliness
- Prepare and submit shift reports to day management
- Coordinate with security and housekeeping teams
- Handle emergency situations and escalations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently during night hours
- Problem-solving capabilities under pressure

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of operations, hospitality, or facility management experience, with prior night shift supervisory or leadership role preferred.
