Role & Responsibilities
- Support selling and service processes by providing direction to the team on achieving sales goals and executing company initiatives
- Provide performance feedback to store management on associate performance and operational concerns
- Train associates on processes, standards, tasks, and product knowledge
- Oversee store opening and closing functions and daily operational store functions
- Manage operational store reporting and inventory management systems
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with inventory management systems and POS cash register platforms
- Prior retail merchandising and supervisory experience
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
