Role & Responsibilities
- Serve as primary operational lead for inventory and product processes, partnering with dedicated support associates
- Plan, communicate, and execute daily operational goals with support staff, Selling Coordinators, and Store Managers to drive efficiency
- Lead preparation for annual financial inventory audits and reconciliation to ensure year-round inventory accuracy in partnership with the Director of Operations
- Build and execute operational projects including trunk show setups, collection launches, stockroom reorganization, and RTV coordination
- Coordinate product movements—transfers, damages, repairs, and off-season rotations—in collaboration with corporate partners and internal sales teams
- Partner with Selling Managers and Brand Managers to align operational activities with sales targets and client appointment requirements
- Participate in cross-functional meetings with Operations and Selling Managers to support shared team goals
- Maintain elevated selling floor and back-of-house standards consistent with brand and Bergdorf Goodman's luxury positioning
Qualifications
- 3+ years of retail operations, inventory management, or store leadership experience
- Ability to coach and inspire a team
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift up to 10 pounds
- Willingness to work based on business need, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
