Role & Responsibilities

• Manage daily cash entry, bank deposits, chargeback reconciliation, and register/petty cash counts for the General Office
• Receive, verify, and book jewelry merchandise in accordance with company standards and shipping guidelines
• Process re-tickets, return-to-vendor shipments, transfers, ASN shipments, and price changes for the Jewelry Department
• Complete and maintain case count inventory systems, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure all merchandise is properly entered upon receipt
• Maintain jewelry repair logs, track repairs sent to vendors or local shops, and submit repair invoices
• Coordinate trunk show setup, takedown, and merchandise receipt/verification; compile recap reports
• Prepare special order requests and Statements of Sale as requested by corporate merchants
• Ensure vault and safe contents remain audit-ready and compliant with internal audit standards
• Facilitate order fulfillment processes and assist selling-floor associates as needed
• Resolve internal and external customer issues, including bill research, payment processing, and package tracking

Qualifications

• Ability to lift cartons up to 15 lbs, climb ladders, and handle merchandise racks and carts
• Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and adaptability to emerging technologies
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
• Professional verbal and written communication skills for telephone and face-to-face interactions
• Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive issues
• Flexible schedule availability in accordance with business needs and dependability standards

Skills

Experience

Prior experience in retail operations, jewelry department support, or general office administration is preferred. Familiarity with luxury retail environments and merchandise management systems is advantageous but not required for entry-level candidates with strong foundational operational skills.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.61 to USD 24.51 per hour.
