Role & Responsibilities
- Support daily operations of the Alterations division within the National Repair Center, acting as primary administrative contact for internal and brand stakeholders.
- Manage end-to-end communication for repair lifecycles, including cost approvals, status updates and service inquiries.
- Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics for repair inventory, ensuring accurate movement between stores, brands and service centers.
- Perform quality assurance inspections on finished repairs to ensure adherence to brand standards and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate repair records and CRM case files, execute data validation, shipping documentation and formal case closures.
Qualifications
- Minimum one year of administrative experience.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and/or Google Docs, Google Sheets and Gmail.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaison with brands, stores and service partners.
- Ability to follow direction with minimal supervision, work independently and as part of a team, and be flexible to work overtime as needed.

Experience
At least 1 year of administrative experience in an office environment; experience in retail repair, alterations, distribution or logistics is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in business, logistics, or administration preferred.
