Night Shift Stocking Coordinator position in Singapore — manage inventory and warehouse operations during evening hours.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee receipt of merchandise shipments during night shift operations
- Direct stocking activities and ensure accurate placement of inventory according to store layout specifications
- Verify incoming merchandise against purchase orders and shipping documentation
- Manage inventory transfers between storage areas and sales floor
- Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment needs to management
- Maintain organized stockroom operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols
- Train and supervise stocking team members on night shift duties
- Prepare daily stock reports and documentation for day shift handover
Qualifications
- Proven experience in warehouse or retail stocking operations
- Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate team activities
- Knowledge of inventory management systems and practices
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Physical capability to handle merchandise and perform stocking tasks
