Role & Responsibilities
- Process and handle all returns-related functions including receiving, verification, and material handling
- Resolve receipt discrepancies and communicate issues to external business partners
- Prioritize freight movement to achieve daily operational goals
- Verify merchandise is received and processed correctly according to specifications
- Maintain rigorous safety and housekeeping standards within the distribution center
- Operate warehouse equipment including RF scanners and manual pallet jacks
- Support inventory accuracy and problem-resolution initiatives with leadership
