Saks Global seeks a Night Shift Operations Supervisor – Returns in Pittston, PA to lead returns processing, ensure compliance and improve DC performance.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support Distribution Center leadership in directing daily operations across Returns, Inbound, Outbound, Quality and related departments during the night shift.
- Lead, coach and develop a frontline team to meet productivity, accuracy and quality targets while fostering an inclusive and accountable work environment.
- Conduct daily shift meetings and manage workforce staffing and scheduling to align labor with operational demand.
- Champion and enforce safety protocols through regular safety meetings and by promoting a culture of hazard awareness and compliance.
- Oversee order fulfillment, inventory control and quality-assurance activities to ensure accurate and timely processing of returns.
- Identify, recommend and implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor performance metrics, produce operational reports, and present findings with action plans to senior management.
- Track daily attendance and timekeeping; work assigned shift hours and additional hours as business needs require.
Qualifications
- Minimum three years of progressive supervisory or management experience in supply chain, distribution, operations, transportation or inventory management.
- Demonstrated experience with automated order fulfillment environments and warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Proven ability to analyse operational metrics and develop corrective action plans to meet performance targets.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English; ability to demonstrate English communication during the interview process.

Experience
At least 3+ years of qualitative and quantitative management experience in a comparable role within supply chain, distribution, transportation or inventory management, including supervising frontline teams in a busy warehouse or DC environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business administration or a related field preferred.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 51,000 to USD 68,000 per annum.
