Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and stage items for placement and presentation on the selling floor
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and compliance with brand presentation guidelines
- Locate and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Participate in floor recovery, supply replenishment, and stock rotation during peak business periods
- Operate technology systems including RF guns, PCs, iOS devices, and proprietary inventory platforms
- Handle physical logistics including lifting cartons (up to 50 pounds), climbing ladders, and managing racks and merchandise carts
- Deliver responsive customer service and address customer needs promptly
- Support additional store initiatives as assigned by management

- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles as needed
