Confidential luxury fashion house in Paris hiring a Merchandising Operations Associate to support PO tracking, replenishment and assortment execution.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day merchandising operations including purchase order tracking, delivery follow-up and invoice reconciliation with supply chain and finance.
- Maintain and reconcile merchandise data across PLM and ERP systems to ensure product, cost and allocation accuracy.
- Produce recurrent commercial and inventory reports (sell-through, weeks of supply, ageing) and translate metrics into actionable recommendations for buyers and planners.
- Manage store and channel allocations, replenishment logic and open-to-buy controls in collaboration with planning and store teams.
- Coordinate seasonal launches and pre-season assortments, ensuring timing, SKUs and pack sizes align with commercial strategies.
- Recommend pricing and markdown actions based on sell-through analysis and inventory positions.
- Act as the operational liaison between buying, planning, supply chain and retail teams to expedite product flow and resolve exceptions.
