Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day merchandising operations including inventory replenishment, allocation and stock-flow optimisation across channels.
- Prepare and maintain merchandising reports and dashboards — sales performance, sell-through, sell-in, ageing and open-to-buy analyses — to inform buying and trading decisions.
- Manage and update product master data in ERP/PLM systems and ensure high data integrity across SKUs, pricing and seasonal assortments.
- Coordinate with buying, planning, wholesale and retail operations to execute launches, promotions and markdown strategies.
- Monitor KPIs, identify trends or anomalies, and propose corrective actions to minimise stockouts and overstocks.
- Assist in forecasting activities and contribute to assortment planning cycles and range reviews.
- Liaise with logistics and warehouse teams to resolve fulfillment or distribution exceptions and support cycle counts and inventory audits.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, supply chain, economics or related discipline.
- Strong analytical aptitude with meticulous attention to numerical detail and data hygiene.
- Proven ability to interpret sales and inventory metrics and translate insights into operational actions.
- Excellent organisational skills and capacity to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Effective communicator; able to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and present findings clearly.

2+ years of hands-on experience in merchandising operations, retail planning, inventory management or a closely related function within fashion or luxury retail.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, merchandising, supply chain, finance or equivalent professional experience.
