Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and manage placement and presentation on the selling floor in compliance with visual merchandising standards
- Locate requested merchandise within the store and complete customer orders with efficiency and accuracy
- Maintain merchandise presentation standards and conduct floor recovery and supply replenishment as directed
- Provide excellent customer service and respond promptly to customer inquiries and needs
- Operate point-of-sale technology, RF guns, and proprietary systems to support daily merchandise operations
- Participate in ad hoc store projects and flexible scheduling to support business needs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift cartons and merchandise up to 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to safely operate ladders and handle racks and merchandise carts
- Proficiency with computer systems including Excel, Word, and proprietary retail platforms
- Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with business requirements
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate company vehicles as needed (select locations only)
