Role & Responsibilities

  • Support day‑to‑day merchandising operations including creation and maintenance of purchase orders, deliveries and store allocations.
  • Reconcile inventory and sales data; investigate and resolve discrepancies with warehouses, stores and vendors.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly assortment and sales reports to track sell‑through, stock levels and KPIs.
  • Coordinate sample management and shipment tracking between design, production and retail teams.
  • Assist with seasonal replenishment planning, price/markdown implementation and open‑to‑buy follow‑up.
  • Maintain accurate product master data in ERP/OMS and support data hygiene initiatives.
  • Liaise with suppliers, logistics and retail operations to ensure timely product flow and store availability.

Qualifications

  • Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
