Leading luxury fashion house — Paris — Part‑time Merchandising Operations Associate supporting assortment, inventory and order processes.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day‑to‑day merchandising operations including creation and maintenance of purchase orders, deliveries and store allocations.
- Reconcile inventory and sales data; investigate and resolve discrepancies with warehouses, stores and vendors.
- Prepare weekly and monthly assortment and sales reports to track sell‑through, stock levels and KPIs.
- Coordinate sample management and shipment tracking between design, production and retail teams.
- Assist with seasonal replenishment planning, price/markdown implementation and open‑to‑buy follow‑up.
- Maintain accurate product master data in ERP/OMS and support data hygiene initiatives.
- Liaise with suppliers, logistics and retail operations to ensure timely product flow and store availability.
Qualifications
- Strong numerical aptitude and meticulous attention to detail.
- Proven organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities to tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to liaise with internal teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and comfort using ERP/order management systems.
- Interest in luxury fashion and understanding of seasonal merchandising cycles.

Experience
Typically 1–2 years of experience in merchandising operations, retail planning, inventory management or a related role; prior exposure to luxury or premium fashion retail is preferred.
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, fashion merchandising, supply chain, or a related discipline, or comparable practical experience.
