Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and oversee placement and presentation on the sales floor in accordance with visual merchandising standards
- Locate requested merchandise within inventory and complete orders placed by customers with prompt, professional service
- Maintain visual presentation standards and floor recovery, including merchandise display, arrangement, and supply replenishment
- Demonstrate flexibility in communication styles and establish positive interpersonal relationships with team members and customers
- Participate in ad hoc store projects and fill-in duties as assigned by store management
- Utilize available technology including RF guns, point-of-sale systems, iOS devices, Excel, Word, and proprietary platforms to support operational workflows
Qualifications
- Ability to lift cartons and merchandise, climb ladders, and operate racks and carts; capacity to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Proficiency with computer systems and office technology, including RF guns, personal computers, iOS devices, Excel, Word, and proprietary retail platforms
- Ability to work a flexible schedule in accordance with store business needs and follow through on assigned responsibilities
- Valid driver's license and ability to operate a company vehicle as needed (select store locations only)
- Comfort in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities
