Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and manage placement and presentation on the selling floor
- Maintain merchandising and visual standards in accordance with brand guidelines
- Locate requested merchandise within the store and complete customer orders with efficiency
- Perform merchandise fulfillment duties and address customer needs promptly
- Participate in store projects including floor recovery, merchandise replenishment, and stock rotation
- Operate RF guns, point-of-sale systems, and proprietary retail platforms
- Lift and handle cartons, racks, and carts of merchandise up to 50 pounds
- Support the store through flexible scheduling and ad hoc responsibilities as needed
Qualifications
- Ability to lift and handle merchandise up to 50 pounds regularly
- Physical capability to climb ladders and work in varied store environments
- Proficiency with computer systems including RF guns, Excel, Word, and proprietary retail platforms
- Valid state Driver's License and ability to operate company vehicles (select locations)
- Demonstrated reliability and ability to follow assigned tasks through to completion
- Comfort with flexible scheduling to meet business requirements
Skills
Experience
Experience in retail operations, warehouse environments, or merchandising is preferred; demonstrated comfort with inventory systems and a track record of strong organizational skills are valuable assets.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
