Merchandising Operations Associate position in Naples, FL. Support retail operations and merchandising execution across luxury retail locations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute merchandising strategies across assigned retail locations
- Monitor inventory levels and product placement to optimize sales performance
- Analyze sales data and visual merchandising effectiveness to support ongoing optimization
- Liaise between headquarters and store teams to ensure merchandising compliance
- Prepare merchandising reports and documentation for management review
