Role & Responsibilities
- Process inbound merchandise and coordinate placement and presentation on the selling floor in compliance with visual standards
- Locate and fulfill customer orders with accuracy and speed, providing responsive service
- Maintain merchandising standards and floor presentation through regular recovery and replenishment activities
- Operate retail technology including RF guns, point-of-sale systems, and proprietary platforms
- Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing ladders, and managing merchandise racks and carts
- Collaborate flexibly across store projects and support team initiatives as needed
- Drive positive outcomes by monitoring progress against key performance indicators and identifying operational improvements
Qualifications
- Ability to lift cartons and merchandise up to 50 pounds and climb ladders safely
