Role & Responsibilities

  • Support end‑to‑end merchandise operations across seasonal cycles, ensuring ranges are accurately established, maintained and archived in merchandising systems.
  • Manage purchase order creation, confirmation and tracking; liaise with buying, planning, suppliers and logistics to resolve lead‑time or allocation issues.
  • Reconcile inventory and system records; investigate and resolve discrepancies between ERP, DC/warehouse and retail stock.
  • Prepare and distribute commercial and operational reports (sell‑through, open‑to‑buy, ageing, allocations) to stakeholders and contribute to weekly/monthly performance reviews.
  • Implement pricing, markdowns and promotions in merchandising systems and coordinate launch and delisting activities with retail and e‑commerce teams.
  • Maintain product master data and PLM records, control GTIN/SKU lifecycle and ensure accurate descriptive and commercial attributes.
  • Participate in UAT for system enhancements, drive process documentation and identify opportunities for operational efficiency and controls.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, fashion merchandising, supply chain, logistics or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1–3 years' experience in merchandising operations, merchandise planning, buying support or retail inventory management within fashion, luxury or premium retail.
  • Strong analytical aptitude with attention to detail and solid numerical literacy.
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, seasonal environment.
