Merchandising Operations Associate position in Boca Raton, FL. Part-time role managing inventory and retail operations.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute merchandising operations across assigned departments and retail locations
- Manage inventory allocation, distribution, and placement of merchandise to optimize sales and visual presentation
- Collaborate with visual merchandising and retail teams to ensure consistent brand standards and floor sets
- Monitor merchandise performance metrics and report on inventory movement and sell-through rates
- Process merchandising requests and coordinate shipments of product displays and seasonal merchandise
- Support promotional campaigns by preparing and distributing point-of-sale materials and signage
Qualifications
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- Ability to lift and move merchandise weighing up to 50 pounds regularly
