Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations and assist leads and managers with merchandise handling, transfers, and inbound/outbound freight processing
- Process fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and in-store customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Execute merchandise placements to ensure brand standards are maintained throughout the store
- Perform price changes, reticketing, and related inventory control processes, including damages and mark-outs
- Maintain organized stockroom operations and back-stocking activities
- Support visual merchandising and set-up/take-down of in-store events and seasonal activations under managerial guidance
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout assigned work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Capability to stand, bend, and climb stairs as required
Skills
Experience
1+ years of retail experience in a fast-paced merchandising or operations environment. Familiarity with luxury retail operations or multi-brand retail environments is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
