Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute compliance with all standard operating procedures and directives across Operations, Loss Prevention, Finance, and Accounting functions
  • Oversee merchandise handling, transfers, pricing, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
  • Manage timely fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
  • Maintain inventory control and accuracy processes while ensuring stockroom organization standards
  • Train, implement, and sustain process optimization standards across the store team
  • Partner with the Senior RPSO Manager to manage support team labor, scheduling, and staffing
  • Flex resources, processes, and priorities to maximize operational efficiency and customer experience
  • Support salesfloor replenishment and collaborate with Sales Managers and Visual team on merchandising execution and signage
  • Coordinate setup and takedown of in-store events and activations with Brand Experience, Visual, and Sales leaders
  • Manage performance of direct team, providing coaching and training on operational procedures, processes, and associate productivity

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in retail operations or inventory management
  • Proven track record of achieving business results in a retail environment
  • Demonstrated history of leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives
  • Advanced business acumen and analytical skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (advanced proficiency preferred)
  • Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 10 pounds as required
  • Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
