Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations and merchandise handling including transfers and inbound/outbound freight processing
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders with accuracy
- Maintain merchandise standards through proper placement and ensure compliance with visual guidelines
- Process merchandise price changes, reticketing, and inventory control procedures including damages and mark-downs
- Manage back-stocking, stockroom organization, and inventory maintenance to optimize efficiency
- Support in-store event setup, take-down, and activation execution under Visual and Management direction
- Adhere to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout work areas
Qualifications
- 1+ years of retail experience
- Proficiency with MS Office Product Suite
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capacity to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry up to 35 pounds regularly

Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
