Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations tasks including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
- Perform merchandise price changes, reticketing, and apply signage; relocate products once marked
- Manage reticketing, damage documentation, mark-out-of-stock inventory, and related inventory control processes
- Maintain back stocking, stockroom organization, and ensure merchandising standards are upheld
- Assist with merchandise placement and product setup under guidance of managers and visual merchandising staff
- Support setup and takedown of in-store events and brand activations
- Adhere to all safety protocols on the dock and throughout work areas
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail or warehouse operations experience
- Ability to multitask and demonstrate flexibility with competing priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift/carry merchandise up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
