Role & Responsibilities
- Complete daily store operations tasks including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
- Perform merchandise price changes, reticketing, and damage assessments to maintain inventory control
- Maintain stockroom organization and backstock procedures according to established standards
- Merchandise products and assist with setup and takedown of in-store events and activations under the direction of managers
- Ensure compliance with all safety procedures on the dock and throughout all work areas
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and sale event preparations to meet luxury retail standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ year of retail experience
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Demonstrated flexibility and collaborative team orientation

Minimum 1+ year of hands-on retail experience, preferably in operations, logistics, or merchandise management roles within a multi-brand or luxury retail setting.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional retail or operations training is beneficial but not required.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 17.05 to USD 21.32 per hour.
