Role & Responsibilities
- Complete merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound and outbound freight
- Fulfill, pack, and ship online and store customer orders with precision and attention to detail
- Execute merchandise placements and price changes to ensure brand standards are upheld
- Manage back stocking, stockroom organization, and inventory control processes including reticketing and damages
- Support the setup and takedown of in-store events and promotional activations
- Assist with merchandise merchandising and seasonal sales event execution under visual guidance
- Maintain adherence to all safety procedures on the dock and throughout work areas
- Support daily store operations and carry out directives from store managers and RPSO management
Qualifications
- Minimum 1+ years of retail experience
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, and climb stairs as required
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate
- Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities with a collaborative team mentality
Skills
Experience
Minimum 1+ years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail or fast-paced operational environment. Prior exposure to merchandise handling, order fulfillment, or stockroom management is advantageous.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
