Role & Responsibilities
- Perform daily store operations including merchandise handling, transfers, and processing of inbound/outbound freight
- Execute fulfillment, packing, and shipping of online and store customer orders
- Maintain merchandise organization and ensure merchandise placement standards are followed
- Process merchandise price changes, reticketing, damages, and inventory control procedures
- Manage backstock, stockroom organization, and maintenance under manager direction
- Support merchandise displays and sales event setup under guidance of visual management teams
- Execute setup and takedown of in-store events and activations
- Follow all safety procedures on the dock and throughout store work areas
Qualifications
- 1 or more years of retail experience
- Ability to demonstrate flexibility with competing tasks and collaborative team approach
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Product Suite
- Physical capability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Willingness to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays
