Role & Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day merchandise operations including purchase order tracking, receipt confirmation and stock allocation across retail and wholesale channels.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock reconciliation and support root-cause analysis of discrepancies.
- Coordinate with planning, buying, logistics and store teams to ensure timely replenishment and on-shelf availability for product launches and seasonal assortments.
- Support SKU lifecycle tasks: product set-up, price and label validation, data hygiene and system updates in the ERP/master data environment.
- Produce routine operational reports and KPIs (inventory turns, open POs, aging stock) to inform merchandising and buying decisions.
- Facilitate inbound and outbound logistics coordination, including stock transfers, returns processing and quality-control checks.
- Uphold brand presentation and compliance standards during product distribution and store allocations.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years’ experience in merchandise operations, inventory control, retail planning or a related function, preferably within fashion or luxury retail.
- Proven accuracy with numerical tasks and strong attention to detail in transactional processes.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and comfort with ERP or inventory management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise competing operational deadlines.
- Strong interpersonal skills with experience collaborating across buying, logistics and retail teams.

A junior-level profile with 1–3 years' relevant experience in merchandise operations, inventory control, or retail/planning support within fashion, luxury or high-end retail environments. Practical exposure to ERP systems and regular collaboration with buying, logistics and store teams is expected.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, logistics, fashion merchandising or equivalent professional experience preferred.
